Steve Lim, L.Ac - Acupuncturist

Steve Lim, L.Ac. is National Board Certified as a Diplomate of Acupuncture by NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine – www.nccaom.org).

He is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of NY and NJ. He graduated New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Mineola, Long Island, NY. Before he enrolled in NYTCM, he completed personal apprenticeship from 3 masters. He learned general theory of needling from Pastor JT Kim a descendant from acupuncturist family in Korea. He studied Chinese Herbal Medicine under Professor JW Kim, a former professor in a famous oriental medicine college in South Korea. Steve also studied various acupuncture theories and techniques under Professor HS Kim, a former supervisor and practitioner at a representative Chinese acupuncture clinic in Hong Kong, China. Also completed a two-year internship under supervision of Dr. Bin Xu, a renowned acupuncturist practicing in New York. ​

Steve Lim has experienced in treating musculoskeletal system disorders such as frozen shoulders, pains in the back, knees, feet, hips, myofascial pains, migraines, arthritis, fibromyalgia, headaches, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, sports injuries, shingles and post-herpetic neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, menstrual cramps, stroke and various internal diseases as well.

Steve is compassionate about patients’ health and wellness therefore committed to helping patients feel physically and emotionally balanced.

Rena Esposito, LMT - Massage Therapist

Rena Esposito is a holistic wellness professional with more than 15 years of experience in lifestyle management, holistic wellness, and bodywork. A health advocate, Rena works closely with each client to help them with their healing from injury, trauma, acute and chronic conditions and the importance of an integrative process.



Rena held professional roles in a variety of industries prior to becoming a licensed massage and body work therapist. Her specialty is therapeutic acupressure which is completely noninvasive and beneficial for everyone from infants to the elderly. Additionally, she has training in CranioSacral therapy and prenatal massage. She is passionate about sharing about living a nontoxic lifestyle and also utilizes the Raindrop Technique with essential oils which combines targeted massage and energy approaches with pure, authentic essential oils for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience to nurture harmony—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As an Integrative Health Coach, Rena works with clients to help them meet their wellness goals. She is a guide at their side to hold them accountable for moving in a positive direction for the betterment of their health. She practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she looks at how all areas of life are connected. For the past five years Rena has taught a variety of classes at local wellness centers and community schools covering the topics of whole body healing, mindfulness, nontoxic living and weight loss. Her personal and professional experience enable Rena to share her skills and knowledge and pursue her passion to help people feel better and be the best they can be.

Lover of the outdoors and natural healing remedies, her passion to help others grew out of her Midwest upbringing and large family who relied on natural remedies. Rena is a graduate of the University Of Pittsburgh Graduate School Of Public and International Affairs and the University of Wisconsin. She holds degrees in both communications and public administration.
