YiLing Chua L.Ac, MSOM - Acupuncturist

Yi Ling had an early interest in the medical field, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in BioChemistry from Stony Brook University. Her background in biology has given her a better understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology. Yi Ling is a licensed acupuncturist in New Jersey State and New York State. Yi Ling is a Diplomate of Acupuncture, Board Certified in Acupuncture by NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). She holds a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as well as a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Health Sciences from the New York College of Health Professions in Syosset, New York. Upon graduation, Yi Ling achieved the Clinic Excellence Award and Academic Excellence Award. With training in Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She has gain knowledge and experience in treating infertility from a fourth generation infertility specialist in acupuncture (Dr. Rong Da Zhu). She can help you with pain management, anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, facial rejuvenation,weight lost, allergies and much more. Rena Esposito, LMT - Massage Therapist

Rena Esposito is a holistic wellness professional with more than 15 years of experience in lifestyle management, holistic wellness, and bodywork. A health advocate, Rena works closely with each client to help them with their healing from injury, trauma, acute and chronic conditions and the importance of an integrative process.



Rena held professional roles in a variety of industries prior to becoming a licensed massage and body work therapist. Her specialty is therapeutic acupressure which is completely noninvasive and beneficial for everyone from infants to the elderly. Additionally, she has training in CranioSacral therapy and prenatal massage. She is passionate about sharing about living a nontoxic lifestyle and also utilizes the Raindrop Technique with essential oils which combines targeted massage and energy approaches with pure, authentic essential oils for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience to nurture harmony—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As an Integrative Health Coach, Rena works with clients to help them meet their wellness goals. She is a guide at their side to hold them accountable for moving in a positive direction for the betterment of their health. She practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she looks at how all areas of life are connected. For the past five years Rena has taught a variety of classes at local wellness centers and community schools covering the topics of whole body healing, mindfulness, nontoxic living and weight loss. Her personal and professional experience enable Rena to share her skills and knowledge and pursue her passion to help people feel better and be the best they can be.

Lover of the outdoors and natural healing remedies, her passion to help others grew out of her Midwest upbringing and large family who relied on natural remedies. Rena is a graduate of the University Of Pittsburgh Graduate School Of Public and International Affairs and the University of Wisconsin. She holds degrees in both communications and public administration.
